Sugar Creek is getting ready for a SWEET February with our Kindness Week and our Family Movie Night.
Notice: Bus 62 will be late today.
Pre-K registration for Limestone County Schools First Class Pre-K and Prime Beginnings programs is now open through March 15.
To be eligible, children must be 4 on or before September 1, 2025, have a valid email address, and live in the school district for which he or she is zoned.

Happy New Year! We are excited to have our Bobcats back on campus today. We are happy to announce that our holiday parties and Sugarland have been rescheduled for Tuesday, January 14. Our students have been excited about these events and have worked hard on their performances. Hope to see you here!

Message from the Central Office;
For the past two days we have been monitoring the amount of sickness among students and staff at Sugar Creek Elementary. Various illnesses have spread throughout the school with the most common being the flu. The decision has been made to close Sugar Creek for the next three days to give our students and staff a chance to recover and stop the spread. Sugar Creek will be closed to students on 12/18, 12/19 and 12/20.
Sugar Creek is the only school in our system impacted at this time, but we will continue to monitor all schools in the district. Please stay safe over the holidays and we look forward to seeing you back on January 7, 2025.
In the best interest of our faculty, students, and families, we are postponing Sugarland until January due to the high number of illnesses in our school and community. We want as many to be able to participate as possible!
