Red Ribbon Week at Sugar Creek. Spirit Team points will be awarded for participating!

From Ashely Graves:
I've emailed this out through Thrillshare, but please share this with your families over the next few weeks. This is for those who may be impacted by the government shutdown. I have attached the QR code flyer as well.
"We understand that recent events of the government shutdown may have caused financial uncertainty for some families, including those who are currently furloughed or experiencing changes in income.
We encourage all families to complete the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application, even if you do not think you qualify. Completing the form helps ensure that every student has access to healthy meals and allows our school to receive important funding that benefits all students through educational programs and support services.
If your family’s financial situation has changed due to a furlough or loss of income, you may now qualify for assistance—even temporarily. Submitting an application is confidential and takes only a few minutes.
You can complete the form online at https://www.lcsk12.org/page/child-nutrition. "

Our car line is designed to ensure the safe, efficient, and orderly drop-off and pick-up of students each day. To maintain a smooth flow of traffic and prioritize student safety, we ask that all drivers remain in their vehicles and adhere to staff directions at all times. Please pull all the way up into the car line before stopping to allow as many vehicles as possible to load or unload students. Have students ready to exit or enter the vehicle promptly when it is your turn. Your cooperation helps keep everyone safe and ensures a timely start and end to the school day.

FIRST Day in the books! We were excited to see our Bobcats, and there was a lot of excitement buzzing as students settled into their classes.
Tomorrow Kindergarten and First Grade Parents may walk their students to class. Parents, please be sure your child knows their mode of transportation home, including bus #s and carline #s. Thank you!
It’s a great day to be a Bobcat!! 🐾
